1. General Terms & Conditions

Ribajee is an online Sports Betting and Live Casino gaming platform licensed and regulated by the International Gaming Commission. By using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Ribajee Platform Definition: Ribajee includes the ribajee.com domain, mobile browser version, and all related services. These Terms and Conditions apply equally across all platforms.

• Email Address: Active and accessible email
• Mobile Number: Valid mobile number required for verification

Verification Process: Ribajee verifies all new accounts for security. Before your first withdrawal, you may need to submit the following documents:

1. Government-issued ID (National ID, Passport or Driving License)
2. Proof of Address (utility bill, bank statement — from the last 3 months)
3. Payment Method Verification (screenshot of bank account or mobile banking account)

3. Age & Eligibility

To register and place bets on the Ribajee platform, you must be at least 18 years Users must be of legal age. Minors are strictly prohibited from using Ribajee, in line with our responsible gaming policy.

Age Verification: Ribajee regularly verifies user age. If we identify a minor's account, we will:

• Account will be immediately suspended and closed
• All bets will be cancelled
• Deposited funds will be refunded, but winnings will be forfeited

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Bank Transfer: 30 minutes to 2 hours, minimum BDT 1,000

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw from Ribajee. We may request KYC documents during your first withdrawal.

1. Processing Time: Mobile Banking — 15 minutes to 2 hours, Bank Transfer — 6 to 12 hours

5. Betting Rules

Ribajee has clear rules for both Sports Betting and Live Casino games. All bets are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed.

• Minimum Bet: Pre-Match — 50 BDT, Live — 100 BDT
• Maximum Bet: Varies by event and odds; typically 50,000 BDT
• Bet Settlement: Within 10 minutes of match end; Live bets settled instantly
• Cancelled/Suspended Match: If play does not resume within 24 hours, all bets are void and stakes are refunded

• All Slots and Table Games are RNG certified
• Live Dealer game results are final and non-negotiable
• Round will be cancelled in case of any technical error or software malfunction
• All payments and games may be cancelled due to malfunction

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Ribajee regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, and bonus abuse is strictly prohibited.

New players receive up to 100% bonus on first deposit (maximum 10,000 BDT). To claim this bonus:

• Minimum deposit of 500 BDT required
• 30x wagering requirement must be met
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days
• Only bets at 1.50+ odds will count

• Weekly Reload: 50% bonus weekly (maximum 5,000 BDT)
• Cashback: 10% cashback on weekly net loss (maximum 3,000 BDT)
• Referral Bonus: 1,000 BDT per successful referral

7. Responsible Gaming

If you believe betting is becoming a problem, you can voluntarily close your account. Self-Exclusion Period:

• 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent

10. Changes to Terms

Ribajee reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the date of the latest update.

Change Notification: For important changes, we will notify you via email or account notification. However, it is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

Accept Changes: Continuing to use Ribajee after changes to these Terms & Conditions implies acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the new terms, you can close your account.
